Installation precautions

The service life and installation of thin-walled deep groove ball bearings with equal cross-section are closely related, and the following matters should be noted.

1. Bearing installation should be carried out in a dust-free and clean room;

2. Before installing the bearing, it should be cleaned thoroughly. When cleaning, the inner ring slope should face upwards, and the hand should feel flexible without any stagnation. After drying, the specified amount of grease should be added. If it is oil mist lubrication, a small amount of oil mist should be added;

3. Special tools should be used for bearing installation, and the force should be evenly distributed. Knocking is strictly prohibited;

4. The storage of bearings should be clean, ventilated, free of corrosive gases, with a relative humidity not exceeding 65%. Long term storage should be regularly rust proofed.
